How Felicity embraces the unknown
The best piece of advice I ever got was when I was doing stand-up which is, without doubt, plunging yourself regularly into the abyss of the unknown. I was testing a joke out on the then unknown Seann Walsh who was very uncomfortable with the experience. He didn’t laugh but simply said, “You just have to take the punch in the face.” That is what I have been doing ever since and it’s not nearly as painful as it sounds.
