How does Richard embrace the unknown?
“I’m addicted to the unknown, and that is sometimes a problem. I’m not likely to choose the same dish twice at a restaurant. I get to develop innovative ideas with amazing people. but I also end up getting lost. A lot. But putting a product, service, philosophy, cure or piece of art out into the world isn’t safe. You’re inviting people to love it, hate it or (worst of all) be indifferent. Unknown is terrifying. But it what if turns out better than you ever imagined?”
